Set up MyDORGov

To set up a profile/account in MyDORGov:
  1. Visit the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) Governments web page
  2. Click the MyDORGov icon at the top of the page
  3. Enter the email address you would like linked to your account.​
    Note: Remember/save this email address for later.​
  4. Click "Login"
  5. After you log in, you will receive an email with a link to access MyDORGov
  6. On the MyDORGov home page, click "user information" to continue setting up your account
  7. Once your account is set up, click "form filing" to complete and submit the SL-302 form (local government official contact information) listed for your role
