​​The Department of Revenue (DOR) is soliciting comments concerning the economic and environmental impact of a proposed administrative rule. The rule provides clarification and guidance to alcohol beverage manufacturers seeking to enter into contract production or alternating proprietorship agreements.

Comments concerning the effect of the proposed rule on specific individuals, businesses, industries, governmental units, and Wisconsin's economy and environment will be taken into consideration in the preparation of the Economic and Environmental Impact Analysis (EEIA) required by statute (secs. 1.11 and 227.137, Wis. Stats.). Local governmental units interested in working with DOR to prepare the EEIA may submit a request to do so by using the link for comments below.
