The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division would like to remind state-assessed manufacturing property owners of the upcoming April 1, 2025 extended deadline for filing the 2025 Manufacturing Real Estate Return (M-R form).

Account Filing Information

Filing status – review the check account filing status instructions if you are unsure whether you already filed, still need to file, or requested an extension

April 1, 2025 extended due date – if you requested an extension by March 3, you have until Tuesday, April 1 to file

Late filing penalty – if you do not file your M-R form or file it late, you will receive a non-filing penalty and lose the right to appeal your assessment. See Late filing penalty.
