The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the 2023 manufacturing forms (M-Forms) on our website today for manufacturing property owners seeking to file a paper form. E-filing in My Tax Account (MTA) is the preferred method for filing in 2023.

Form Information

• Due date: March 1, 2023 – you must file your M-Form or extension request on or before March 1
• M-Forms are located on the Manufacturing Forms web page
• Form instructions – review the appropriate instructions before filing

Paper filers – send form to:

• M-P and M-R Forms

• M-L Form – send to the district office where leased property is located
• Note: If you mail your return or extension request, it must be postmarked on or before March 1​. DOR will deny a request if it is postmarked after March 1, 2023.
