RETR General Resources and P-520 Transmittal Report Update

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division would like to remind you of filing resources available within My Tax Account (MTA).

General Information

Within MTA, register of deeds, treasurers, and real property listers can:

• File the P-520 Transmittal Report – the first report filed through MTA is in February. This includes all recordings for January 2026.
• Pay state share of transfer fee collections

Important: DOR will no longer accept the emailed monthly Excel P-520 form to RETR mailbox.

P-520 Monthly Transmittal Report Update

DOR updated the P-520 Report to resolve some minor issues and is now available for filing.
