The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division posted the January Settlement Form (blank and pre-printed) to on our website today.

Form Details

• January Settlement Form – PC-500
• January 15 deadline – municipal treasurer should use this form to complete January settlement on or before January 15 annually
• Complete either a blank or pre-printed version (with 2025 property taxes)
• Send copy to the county treasurer – do not send a copy to DOR
