The Wisconsin Department of Revenue, State and Local Finance Division distributed the fifth and final Innovation Planning Grant (IPG) payment of $1,093,122 for 21 requests today, June 2, 2025.

- Approved 68 requests from municipalities and tribes statewide
- Distributed a total of $2,997,992 of the $3 million allocated for the program

Time to prepare for the Innovation Grant
The Innovation Grant program will launch in mid-July 2025 with $300 million in funding available. It is time to finalize your collaborations – complete your research and feasibility studies (if needed) and compile the contracts/agreements to transfer services that will achieve cost savings.
