• Counties must electronically file through MyDORGov or file transfer
• Due date: March 17, 2025

Municipal Form

Municipal treasurer submits this form:

• LC-664: 2024-25 Manufactured/Mobile Home Lottery and Gaming Credit Report
• Report the number of lottery credit claims your municipality issued and total amount your municipality paid only for manufactured and mobile homes with a monthly municipal permit fee collected
• Due date: March 3, 2025
