The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is soliciting comments concerning the economic and environmental impact of a proposed administrative rule SS 036-23, which repeals and amends unnecessary rules.

Comments concerning the effect of the proposed rule on specific individuals, businesses, industries, governmental units, and Wisconsin's economy and environment will be taken into consideration while preparing the Economic and Environmental Impact Analysis (EEIA) required by state law (secs. 1.11 and 227.137, Wis. Stats.).
