  • LC-300 – 2022 Late Lottery and Gaming Credit Application
  • LC-310 – 2022 Late Buyer Lottery and Gaming Credit Application
  • LC-320 – 2023 Late Manufactured/Mobile Home Municipal Fee for Lottery and Gaming Credit Application

Note: Property owners must submit a complete application, with the appropriate documentation, to DOR by October 2, 2023.
