The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the January Settlement Form (blank and pre-printed) to our website on January 4, 2023.

Form Details

  • January Settlement Form – PC-500
  • January 17 deadline (corrected due date) – municipal treasurer should use this form to complete January settlement on or before January 17 annually
  • Complete either a blank or pre-printed version (with 2022 property taxes)
  • Send a copy to the county treasurer – do not send a copy to DOR
