The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is reminding municipalities creating a new TID or amending an existing TID of an upcoming deadline. Municipalities must adopt a resolution to create or amend a (territory or redetermination) TID for 2022 between October 1, 2021, and September 30, 2022. The deadline to email completed documents and pay the corresponding fee is
October 31, 2022.
