DOR updated the 2021 form instructions for Intergovernmental Revenues to match our prior directive to report American Rescue Plant Act – Local Fiscal Recovery Funds under the Federal Grants section of the form. The updated instructions are meant to clarify where to report federal aid payments you received. The update reads as:

"This category includesFederal aids paid to your municipality/county–whether paid directly by the federal government or through a state agency–are federal aids for this report."
