April 10, 2019
You are receiving this email from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) since you previously electronically filed (e-filed) a local government form with DOR. According to our records, you still need to set up your My DOR Government Account (MyDORGov). You must take action or you will not be able to e-file for a local government.
Important
- Set up your account and filing permissions in MyDORGov – see "Getting started" below
- After April 22, 2019, you cannot file a form unless you are approved as an officeholder or approved to file on behalf of an officeholder
-
Example: a municipal treasurer will not be able to file a municipal clerk form without the municipal clerk's approval to file on their behalf
Getting started

Governments landing page and click "My DOR GOV Account"
- When you enter the system, you must provide your contact information
- Note: You still need to complete the email authorization step
- Click "View User Info" in the top right to review your office and access information
