Reminder – PAD Open in My Tax Account on June 1, 2026

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division, would like to remind you that the Provide Assessment Data (PAD) application is moving to My Tax Account (MTA) and will open next Monday, June 1.

General Information

• You must register in MTA before submitting PAD – review these resources to get started:

  • Instructions
• Important: Assessors are required to provide complete assessment data to DOR, under state law (sec. 73.03(5), Wis. Stats.)

Accessing PAD

1. Go to our Assessor web page
2. Select PAD System login under "Online Services"

Note: If you make updates to your certification information in the MyDORGov, ACD-100 form, you will have to wait one business day to use the information in MTA.

Timeline for 2026 Sales and PAD Information

• June 2026 – PAD system available to enter sales and assessment data for 2026 sales
• March 2027 – PAD system submission deadline for 2026 sales

Note: These dates apply when you use the PAD system to submit individual sales information and when you send an electronic file to DOR.

E-Filing

• Reminder – you must review the DOR PAD test file located on our Assessor web page
• After you submit PAD, you will receive an email identifying the number of accepted sales and any sales with errors
  • If errors exist – the document attached to the file status email identifies the sales and errors that need correcting
  • If there are sales with errors – you must correct them and re-submit a corrected file

PAD Submissions

To change data already entered in PAD – search for sale in PAD and click "Re-submit" prior to the deadline
