The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division, would like to remind you of the upcoming enhancements to the Provide Assessment Data (PAD) system. DOR is moving PAD into My Tax Account (MTA) on
June 1, 2026.
No Longer Available
Current PAD system – deactivated February 6, 2026
- System is no longer available to submit PAD
- Your WAMS ID and password will not be used in the new PAD system

MTA registration opens

Get registered – you must register in MTA to access PAD. Before registering, review these two resources:

After you register in MTA, you will immediately have access to the following functions

Search Wisconsin Property Data
- Additional search filters
- Enhanced sort and filter functionality
- View sales with grantor/grantee contact information
- Create download reports in .csv or .xml formats
- Access a sale summary document

View Assessor Sales Reports (previously accessed through eRETR)
Current and prior year:
- Final assessment/sales ratio analysis
- Final sales reports – summary of useable sales
Available June 1 – view PAD sales and submit data
It's time to get prepared so you are ready to submit 2026 PAD sales.

Register – if you haven't previously – you must register in MTA to access PAD. Before registering, review these two resources:

Once registered, make sure to view the system
This is a great time for you to get familiar with the system, so you are all set when you start submitting PAD for your assigned municipalities.

Review PAD functionality:
- View and submit PAD data
- Search sales on assigned municipalities
- County
- Municipality
- Receipt number

- County document number
- Conveyance date
- Sort search results – using column headings
- Filter search results – by key word

- Submit PAD or Re-submit PAD
- Assessors can re-submit PAD throughout the PAD submission period
