The Wisconsin Department of Revenue, State and Local Finance Division posted the Final 2023 Major Class Comparison Report (final 70.05 assessment compliance) on our website.
Final compliance includes the pending corrections from the August 15, 2023 equalized value due to late 2023 Municipal Assessment Reports. The corrections will be applied to the 2024 equalized values.
