The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the following to our website:

• 2020 Composite Conversion Factors PDF and Excel versions
• 2020 Unindexed 150% Declining Balance Factors PDF and Excel versions
• 2020 Use-Value Guidelines for Agricultural Land Assessment PDF and Excel versions

We also posted the following 2020 state prescribed forms for property tax administration on our website:

PA-003: Statement of Personal Property

• Updated assessment date, year and conversion factors
