E-delivery allows you to receive your mail electronically from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR).

There are several benefits to receiving your mail electronically, including:

  • Save time and the environment – save a tree and get instant access instead of waiting for the mail to be delivered.

  • Ease of access – you can access your DOR mail whenever you want, without needing to contact us to get a copy of a misplaced letter.

  • Security – you don't have to worry about a letter being delivered to an incorrect address or intercepted by someone else.

To take advantage of this option:

  • Sign up for My Tax Account (MTA)
  • Go to "Settings" from your homepage
  • Change your mail delivery option from paper to electronic. You can choose a different delivery option per account type in MTA.

Personal Users

With My Tax Account access as a personal user, you can:

  • Make, view, and cancel estimated tax payments
  • Sign up for a Wisconsin Identity Protection PIN
  • Check the status of your Wisconsin refund
  • Manage your collection case and/or audit
  • And more!
