​​American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Local Fiscal Recovery Funds are being provided by the U.S. Department of Treasury (Treasury) to help local governments recover from the Coronavirus pandemic. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue, on behalf of the Treasury, distributed payments to NEUs that requested funding. NEUs are typically municipalities with a population under 50,000.
