Lottery and Gaming Credit Online Application Portal

Property owners should use this portal to apply for or remove a lottery and gaming credit.

In the portal, you are directed to the correct e-file lottery and gaming credit form (LC-115, LC-315, LC-320, LC-400). File and submit your application online without the added step of printing, mailing, or emailing.

Note: All late claim lottery and gaming credit applications (LC-315, LC-320) must be submitted via the online application portal by the October 1 deadline.

2024 Lottery and Gaming Credit Application (Fill-in PDF Form)

It's best to apply for the credit using the Lottery and Gaming Credit Online Application Portal, however, this PDF form is also available to apply for the 2024 lottery and gaming credit. This printable form must be mailed or emailed to your county treasurer.

LC-400 (PDF)

Lottery and Gaming Credit Removal Request Form (Fill-in PDF Form)

It's best to remove the credit using the Lottery and Gaming Credit Online Application Portal, however, this PDF form is also available to inform your county treasurer when a property no longer qualifies for the lottery and gaming credit. This printable form must be mailed or emailed to your county treasurer.
