Within the 2017-19 state budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59), the state eliminated the Wisconsin Rental Weatherization program. In result, the electronic Real Estate Transfer Return (eRETR) was updated and is now available on our
website.
General Information
- Starting today, users are no longer required to complete the weatherization section on the eRETR
- Any eRETR saved prior to January 1, 2018, cannot be restored; users must complete a new eRETR
