The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division posted the 2026 Annual Assessment Summary Report on our
website.
Report Details
- Summarizes assessment information for local government officials and property owners
- Every Wisconsin municipality and county provides property information to DOR annually

Each report includes:
- General information
- Total taxable property value
- Real estate sales
- Assessment levels and types
- Reports are updated as information is provided to DOR (ex: assessment data appears once DOR receives a 2026 Municipal Assessment Report and Statement of Assessment (SOA)
- 2026 manufacturing acres and parcel counts – added to the report when final SOAs are posted, starting in October
- Equalized value information – available on the report after August 15
Viewing Reports
- Visit our
Annual Assessment Summary Reports web page
- Select report year and county from the dropdown lists in the top right
- In the table, click "View" for the municipality you would like to review
