The Wisconsin Department of Revenue, State and Local Finance Division distributed two personal property aid payments to local governments today,
May 4, 2026.
Personal Property Aid Payments
Two separate payments include:
- Act 12 – general personal property exemption (per
2023 WI Act 12 and sec. 79.0965, Wis. Stats.)
- Act 59 – Machinery, tools and patterns (MTP) personal property exemption (per 2017 WI Act 59 and sec. 79.096, Wis. Stats.)
