ARPA-SLFRF Annual Project and Expenditure Report due on April 30

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is reminding non-entitlement units of local government (NEUs) that their annual reporting for the American Rescue Plan Act–State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA–SLFRF) is due to the U.S. Department of Treasury (Treasury) onApril 30, 2026.

Reporting Deadline – April 30

• File Annual Project and Expenditure Report even if there were no expenditures for the period of April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026
• Only exception – not required to file if Treasury provided notice of successfully completed Closeout Report in Treasury portal
