The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), Division of Alcohol Beverages, is pleased to announce the launch of our new Operator's Permit Lookup tool.

Operator's Permit Lookup tool verifies:

• Names of current operator's permit holders
• Date the operator's permit expires
• County of registration

To access the new search tool

• Visit DOR's My Tax Account web page
• Scroll to the "Excise" tile and select "Operator's Permit Lookup"
