• Debt limit equals 5% of TID In equalized value
• Note: Municipalities and counties may include the most recent valuation of personal property exempt under secs. 70.111(27)(b) and 70.111(28)(a), Wis. Stats., for the purposes of complying with debt limitations (secs. 70.111(27)(c) and 70.111(28)(c), Wis. Stats.)
