Position details

• Serves as a real estate transfer fee books and records auditor and assists in the administration of the real estate transfer fee audit program, ensuring state law, administrative rules, and department procedures are adhered to by conveyers of real property and local government officials
• Assists in providing training and outreach to stakeholders, such as attorneys, title companies and registers of deeds
