The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division would like to inform you that we need to delay the Innovation Grant launch due to program changes included in 2025 Wisconsin Act 15.

We are currently reviewing what is needed to accommodate these legislative changes, which are of great benefit to program participants.

Once DOR determines what updates are needed, we will share the new launch date for the Innovation Grant application (Form SL-405), as well as program details and updated resources.

We appreciate your patience as we work to implement these beneficial enhancements.
