The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the 2022 Tax Incremental District (TID) Annual Report (PE-300) in
MyDORGov.
General Information

Due date – July 3, 2023
- Municipal clerk must e-file through
MyDORGov
- Once filed, forms can be amended until November 1, 2023
- DOR posts completed forms to our
TID Annual Report web page the day after submission
Note: DOR will not audit your completed form; make sure to review it before submitting.
Report Details
- For each TID, you must enter:
- Beginning and ending fiscal balances
- Revenues and expenditures
- Future costs and revenue
- Form information/reminders
- Text fields only allow certain special characters
- Sections 3 and 4 (Revenue and Expenditures) – name or description fields allow . - , / &
- Section 6 (Preparer/Signature Statement) – title fields allow . - / &
- Section 6 (Preparer/Signature Statement) – contact/preparer name fields allow . - ,
