The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the 2022 Form PA-632A: Statement of Taxes (SOT) on our website today, November 22, 2022.

Form Information

• Municipal clerk must e-file through MyDORGov
  
• Due date – December 19, 2022
• Once you enter your municipality's information, your taxing jurisdictions' apportionment data will auto-fill. You cannot e-file until all your taxing jurisdictions submit their apportioned tax levies to DOR.
• If your municipality is required to complete the Tax Increment Worksheet, you must complete it before completing the SOT
