The Wisconsin Department of Revenue would like to remind you to file Form PC-226: 2022 Tax Exemption Summary Report by today, July 1, 2022. 
General Information
- Due date – July 1, 2022
 - Every municipality is required to file this form with DOR in even-numbered years
 
Form Information
- You must e-file through 
      MyDORGov
 -  
         Note: For county treasurers/assessors – if you do not have access to file Form PC-226 on behalf of the municipal clerk, you must have the municipal clerk grant you access to this form in 
         MyDORGov
 
- When e-filing, enter the total number of exempt properties by purpose and value category within your municipality
   
- These amounts are reported to the municipal clerk by exempt property owners on Forms 
         PC-220 and 
         PC-220A by March 31, 2022
 - If your municipality has no exempt properties, you must file a report with zero in each category
