The Wisconsin Department of Revenue would like to share the following information provided by the Wisconsin Interagency Council on Lead related to the use of American Rescue Plan Act – State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA-SLFRF).

ARPA-SLFRF can be used for expenditures that support public health measures, specifically the abatement of lead in homes, correction of code violations, and abatement of lead in water. The National Center for Healthy Housing (NCHH) can assist your community in taking advantage of this opportunity.​
