The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind local governments to prepare and plan for the use of your American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) – Local Fiscal Recovery Funds.

The U.S. Treasury Department is currently finalizing guidance on the use of these funds. As you await this final guidance, it is a good time to consult with your local community and its leaders on how to effectively and strategically use the funds.
