2019 Debit Limit Report

The 2019 debt limit report is available on our D-Reports page under Debt.

• Includes 2019 Equalized Values TID In and TID Out and debt limit
• Debt limit equals 5 percent of your Equalized Value TID In
• Note: Under state law, municipalities and counties may include the most recent valuation of personal property exempt under sec. 70.111(27)(b), Wis. Stats., for the purposes of complying with debt limitations (sec. 70.111(27)(c), Wis. Stats.)

Certificates of Equalized Values

The county and municipal certificates are available on our E-Reports page under Equalized Value.

• Certificates are used for loan purposes
• Provides the Equalized Value TID In certified on August 15, 2019
