Final 2025 Sales Reports Now Available

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division, would like to inform you that the final 2025 sales reports are now available. The reports include assessment information received in the Provide Assessment Data (PAD) system as of the March 12, 2026, extended submission deadline.

Accessing Reports

  • To access reports – log into the eRETR System with your WAMS ID
  • Links to reports – located on the eRETR home page under "Assessor Sales Reports"

2025 Final Sales Reports

  • Useable Sales for DOR Ratio Projection
    • Includes 2025 sales identified as arm's-length and useable for ratio purposes by the assessor
    • Assessor may use the report's assessment/sales statistics to ass​ist in estimating the January 1, 2026 level of assessment
  • Assessment/Sales Ratio Analysis
    • Analysis of 2025 sales the assessor identified as arm's-length and useable for ratio purposes
    • Municipalities located in two or more counties include a ratio report for each taxation district and an inclusive report for the municipality
      • Split taxation district reports are located within the applicable county
      • Inclusive reports for split taxation district municipalities are in a separate link below the list of counties
    • You may use assessment/sales statistics from this report to estimate the level of assessment for the 2026 assessment year

Prior Year Reports

2024 Useable Sales Reports and Assessment/Sales Ratio Reports remain available.

Important Deadlines

  • May 1, 2026 – Stratified Assessment Data
  • June 8, 2026 – Municipal Assessor Reports (MAR)
    • 2026 MAR report will be available on April 27, 2026
