The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division would like to inform you that the state of Wisconsin, through the Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services Section, will soon be posting a Request for Bid (RFB) #RD241042 for assessment services for DOR. The assessment will be conducted in the town of Georgetown, Polk County

Your organization has been identified as a potential vendor that may be interested in responding to this RFB. DOR will send another email when this RFB posting is available to view

  • Go to Wisconsin e-Supplier Portal Registration (eSupplier)
  • Click "Enter Bidder Site" on the right side of the page
  • To view the RFB information, look for Solicitation Reference number RD241042. The NIGP codes used for this RFB are 91814, 91800.

To Submit a Bid

  • Vendors must be registered and log in under "My Information" in the top left of the page
    • If you aren't registered:
      • If you have a WAMS ID – log in to eSupplier with your WAMS ID and password used to access DOR's eRETR and PAD system and click "Register" to get started
      • If you do not have a WAMS ID – click "Create your WAMS ID" and follow the steps, then log in to eSupplier with your newly created WAMS ID and click "Register" to get started
    • Note:
      • Make sure to register for all other, applicable, NIGP codes as well
      • There is no cost to register

Automatic Notifications

To receive notifications for this RFB and any future procurement opportunities, you must register on the Wisconsin e-Supplier Portal.

  • Only vendors who are registered in the portal will receive notices of state of Wisconsin solicitation opportunities in their commodity or service area
  • Note: If you register on the Wisconsin eSupplier Portal after the posting of a RFB, you will not receive automatic notifications of any amendments and/or the answers to questions received
