File Transfer Request Instructions:

Select File Type
- Use the drop-down list of file types.
- Select the file type you wish to transmit by clicking on that file type.
- The file type you select will appear highlighted in the select file type box.

Is this a test file?
- If you wish to transmit a test file, please check the box.
- When you attempt the test transmission, this system will confirm the success or failure of that transmission.
- You will also receive a test acknowledgment that will report the results of the department's validation of the test file.

Email address
- The department may need to follow up with you if there is an issue with your file. Please provide the appropriate email address for such follow up.

Attachments upload
- You may drag and drop your files into the field OR
- You may click "HERE" (link on the file transfer page) to open a file navigation window to use in locating the file you wish to transmit.
- Transfer
- Press this button to send the selected file to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
NOTE: Some recent zip tools have begun to make changes in the zip file format that are not compatible with other tools or older version of tools. We will only accept zip files that are compatible with PKZIP 2.04g. In particular, avoid setting a password on the file or any encryption of the file.
