Retail Sales of Intoxicating Liquor for Consumption Off the Licensed Premises

2019 Wis. Act 6, amended sec. 125.51(3)(b), Wis. Stats., effective June 26, 2019.

Municipalities are authorized to enact ordinances allowing retail "Class B" intoxicating liquor license holders to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package or container in any quantity for consumption off the licensed premises.

Guidance issued prior to June 26, 2019, that is contrary to the information in this document is superseded by this document, pursuant to sec. 73.16(2)(a), Wis. Stats.
