​​​The annual filing frequency scan for sales/use and withholding tax was run on November 16. Approximately 32,000 notices to taxpayers are being sent informing them of a change in their filing frequency based on queries run in the WINPAS.

For sales/use, the threshold amounts that determine filing frequency are:
Early monthly: $14,401 or more
Monthly: $2,401 - $14,400
Quarterly: $301 - $2,400
Annual: $300 or less

For withholding, the threshold amounts that determine filing frequency are:
Semi-Monthly: $20,001 or more
Monthly: $2,401 - $20,000
Quarterly: $301 - $2,400
Annual: $300 or less
