2018 Statement of Assessment File Transfer Layout - Updated

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the updated 2018 Statement of Assessment (SOA) file transfer instructions on our website. You must follow the new layout to successfully transfer 2018 files to DOR.


2018 SOA File Transfers

  • File layout requires that field no. 56 (line 12, column D) be all zeros, as locally assessed reporting is no longer required of personal property – machinery, tools and patterns
  • SOA file transfer will be available early May, 2018
