The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is providing a reminder for our 2017 Annual Assessor Meeting dates.
Meetings are taking place November 7 – November 15 at various locations statewide from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You receive credit for attending the Annual Assessors Meeting. As part of the 2017 annual meeting, we are also providing a course on the 2018 Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM) Volume 2 update which qualifies for 1.5 hours of assessor appraisal continuing education credit.
Schedule
- 8:30 a.m. – Registration
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. – Annual Meeting
- 10:30 a.m. to Noon – WPAM Volume 2
In addition to the five locations listed below, we will continue to provide an online annual assessor meeting that satisfies the certification requirement.
Note: Your Assessor Certification requires attendance at Assessor School (either online or in-person) annually. You may miss one Assessor School every five years that your certification is active
