website.
General Information
- Due date – March 31, 2025
- Must e-file through
MyDORGov
- This information is used during the annual certification of your district's equalized value
Form Information
- All special districts must file the Special District Boundary Change form
- Indicate if your district has annexed or detached territory from January 1-December 31, 2024
- If your district has annexed or detached parcels, you
must include:
- Recorded ordinance or authorizing document annexing or detaching territory filed with the county register of deeds
- List of parcels annexed or detached from the territory
- Map reflecting the new boundaries of the district
