The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division posted the 2023 Technical College Apportionment Form (PC-401V) on our website.

Form Information

  • Due date – October 31, 2023
  • Must e-file in MyDORGov
  • Provide municipalities in your district with the same apportionment values and referenda information reported to DOR on this form
  • These values auto-fill on the municipality's 2023 Statement of Taxes

Referenda Information (in Section A of form)

You must enter the referendum Information if both the following apply:

  • Your technical college approved a referendum for a temporary tax levy increase after December 31, 2014
  • Referendum increases your technical college's current year (2023) tax levy
