eRETR Monthly Download Issue - Resolved

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has resolved the issue with the monthly download of Electronic Real Estate Transfer Return data that is used to file the Real Estate Transfer Transmittal Form P-520 by the 15th of each month.

All counties – except for Lafayette County – are now able to download the complete month of May. We are still working on an issue with Lafayette County and will contact you next week directly once the issue is resolved.
