eRETR Monthly Download Issue

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is aware of an issue with the monthly download of Electronic Real Estate Transfer Return data that is used to file the Real Estate Transfer Transmittal Form P-520 by the 15th of each month.

We are actively working on resolving this issue and will provide an update once the issue is resolved.
