The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) received questions from local assessors related to 2021 property assessments. We updated our 2021 property assessment Q&A to include these questions and DOR's responses. Assessors must follow state law and the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual to ensure uniform property assessment and fair property taxation.
