The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind you to complete an Annual Assessment Report (AAR) for each Municipality you assess. The AAR is due to DOR within
30 days after completion of the Board of Review (BOR).
We received
405 2019 AARs as of June 3, 2019.
2019 process summary
- Submit a completed 2019 AAR for each municipality you assess
- Certain fields of the AAR auto-fill one day after other forms are filed with DOR
- Municipal Assessment Report (MAR)
- Auto-fill: Assessment Information, MAR filing date, current and prior year personal property

Note: Assessment Information - Assessment software: "Versions used" and "Year of last update" are
no longer auto-filled by the MAR; provide this information in the "Scope of work notes" or as an attachment, by checking box #3 on page 6 "Scope of Work attachment"
- Statement of Assessment (SOA)
- Auto-fill: Parcel counts
- If needed, you can override the numbers
- Schedule submittal of SOA with the county
- All notes fields auto-fill with prior year AAR information
- Select the "Re-useable" option to save your AAR when its complete – this allows you to update a previously filed AAR
- Deliver completed form to:
- Municipality before or at the Board of Review (BOR)
- DOR within
30 days after the final BOR adjournment
