Administrative Rule Open for Public Comment for SS 100-20

The Department of Revenue is holding a public hearing on Wednesday, September 30 at 1:00 p.m. in the Events Room of the department’s Madison office, located at 2135 Rimrock Road. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input for consideration of a permanent scope statement relating to definitions of "earned income" and "primary income from farming" as they are used for purposes of the homestead credit.

You are invited to appear at the hearing and may make an oral presentation. It is requested that written comments reflecting your oral presentation be provided to the department at the time the presentation is made.
