​​​​For taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2014, the department will no longer accept Form 4 for corporations required to file a combined franchise or income tax return. Combined return filers must use the new 2014 Form 6, Wisconsin Combined Corporation Franchise or Income Tax Return available at: 2014 Corporation Tax Forms.
